Entries for the following race to be
run during the Hyderabad Monsoon Races 2012 will close at 05-00 P.M on
Wednesday, 28th December, 2011.

K.MAHIPATHI RAO MEMORIAL MILLION
- A Trophy
value Rs.35,000 presented by Mr.K.T.Mahi
A
Sweepstakes of Rs.15,000 each of which Rs.14,500 falls due at the time of entry
at 5.00 P.M on Wednesday, 28th December, 2011 and the final Rs.500
falls due for horses not struck out by 10.00 A.M two days prior to the race
with RUPEES HALF-A-MILLION added by Mr.K.T.Mahi.
The
total stakes of Rupees One Million
guaranteed by the Hyderabad Race Club.
The Trophy
and 55% of the stakes to the winner, 25% of the stakes to the second, 10% of
the stakes to the third, 5% of the
stakes to the fourth, 3% of the stakes to the fifth and 2% of the stakes to the
sixth.
For Indian
Horses, 3 year olds only (Foaled in 2009)
WEIGHTS
- Colts and Geldings … 50 kgs., : Fillies ..48.5 kgs.,
PENALTIES - Winner of a race 4 Kgs.,
or of 2 races 7 Kgs., or of 3 or more races 10 Kgs.
In addition -Winner of a race value Rs.5, 00,000 or
over 1.5 kgs.,
DISTANCE -
(About) 1400 Metres
(Entries will close at
5-00 P.M on Wednesday, 28th December, 2011)
Note: The maximum field size for the above
race would be restricted to 18 and the excess number of acceptors will be
balloted out based on the following order:
- Unplaced horses
- Placed maidens in ascending order
of placing
- Winners, in ascending order of
wins. Should any horse/s being tied
at this stage, the aggregate stake money earned will be criterion for
remaining in the race.
Note: After final forfeits should the top
weighted horse be less than 56 Kgs.,
it shall be raised to 56 Kgs., and the weights of the
remaining horses will be raised relatively.
Note: Horses balloted
out will not be eligible for refund of entry fee/forfeits.
