The Members' Stand comprises 262 two-seater boxes and 800 open chairs for members and guests. A VIP enclosure has a capacity to seat around 600 guests.

The Members' Stand also houses the Stewards' Box, Stewards' Committee Room, Governor's Box, Stipendiary Stewards' Box and the Judges' Box.

The canteen and the owners' / trainers' cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the Members' Stand. Members are free to avail services at the large and spacious Members' Cafeteria situated on the second floor for the Paddock Complex
