RACEDAY REPORT

Track Condition: GOING GOOD. Penetro Meter Reading : 5.28 cms

The False Rails are positioned from 1400 mtrs to 900 mtrs at an average width of 5 mtrs and from thereafter gradually increased to 6 mtrs upto the winning post. The Distances are measured and marked accordingly.

1st RACE (17) THE KOTHAGUDEM PLATE ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II (10 Runners)

EMERALD TOUCH (Shamaz Shareef) reared up and took an awkward jump as the start was effected, in the process dislodged the Jockey and ran the course riderless, SSC revoked. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt. Trainer N. Rawal was advised to show his charge in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

 

Explanation of Jockey Gaurav Singh (LIVE LEGEND) that his mount took an awkward jump and scraped the front gates in the process the right stirrup iron broke as such he could not offer complete assistance to his mount thereafter and finished the course at the rear end of the field. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken.

 

Jockey Afroz Khan (TSARINA) reported that his mount was trying to run out in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted.

 

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (EQUINE POWER) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the final stages of the race.

2nd RACE (18) THE P. M. BOKDAWALLA MEMORIAL CUP (Division - II) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-II (9 Runners)

Jockey A A Vikrant (CLEFAIRY) was fined Rs. 2000/- for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race.

 

App. Shivansh (MISS MARVELLOUS) was cautioned for dropping his hands much before passing the winning post though on a beaten horse.

 

TRISHUL (Surya Prakash) returned lame on left hind probably due to fetlock joint sprain.

 

MISS SMILEY ANGEL (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

3rd RACE (19) THE HYDERABAD PLATE ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II (6 Runners)

Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (ARMSTRONG) that his mount took an awkward jump in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths, noted.

 

Jockey Gaurav Singh (PROUD MARY) was cautioned for cutting across the field soon after the start`, though no interference was caused.

 

REIGNING BEAUTY (Afroz Khan) was denied a clear run at about the 400 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front.

 

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BERRETTINI) was fined Rs. 5000/- for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.

 

 



4th RACE (20) THE ANAB E SHAHI PLATE (Division - II) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-I                           (8 Runners)

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (ONE N ONLY) that his instructions were to sit close 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount started dropping back and did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

 

STAR OF NIGHT (App. Ajay Kumar) was observed to have lost its right fore shoe during the running of the race. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

5th RACE (21) THE BAKHTAWAR PLATE (Division - II) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-III                        (12 Runners)

Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (ASSURED SUCCESS) reported loss of whip at about the 250 mtrs.

 

Explanation of Trainer K. Satheesh with regard to the improved performance of his charge CLASSY DAME (Abhay Singh) winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous race that his charge in the previous race which  being for 3 year old and upwards race, was with the front runners upto 300 mtrs and thereafter dropped back inspite of jockeys efforts as compared to this race which being an age group race i.e. for 5 year old and upward and no common runners racing, Jockey was able to settle his mount with the front runners, set his own pace and set being weak, just managed to win the race. The Trainer added that he had not fancied his charge but had given him a chance as this being an age group race and was available at longer odds, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charge races more consistently in future.

 

CLASSY DAME (Abhay Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

6th RACE (22) THE P. M. BOKDAWALLA MEMORIAL CUP (Division - I) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-II (9 Runners)

OLIVER'S MOUNT (App. Shivansh) planted and did not took practical part in the race, SSC revoked.

7th RACE (23) THE ANAB E SHAHI PLATE (Division - I) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-I 9 Runners

Explanation of Jockey B. Nikhil (SILVER ACT) that his reins slipped out of his hands while changing the whip as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage momentarily at about the 350 mtrs was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded to be more careful in future.

 

AKIDO (R S Jodha) trailed the field throughout the race finishing the course distance behind. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised for a better performance in future.

 

Jockey Mukesh Kumar (ASHOKA) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 400 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to N R I SUPERPOWER (Varun).

8th RACE (24) THE FALAKNUMA CUP ABOUT 1600 - Metres CATEGORY-III (10 Runners)

QUALITY WARRIOR (App. Shivansh) stumbled soon after the start for no apparent reason.

 

App. Shivansh (QUALITY WARRIOR) was fined Rs.3000/- for shifting out at about the 1400 mtrs for no apparent reason, resulting in PERFECT LIGHT (B R Kumar) who was racing directly behind, stumbled.

 

 

 

 

 

Explanation of Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju with regard to the improved performance of his charge RACING RULER (Suraj Narredu) winner of this race, who finished 3rd in the previous race that his charge met a far superior set in the previous race as compared to the present race.  In the previous race due to fast initial pace, his charge could not be positioned in front and was gaining ground only in the straight as compared to the present race where the set being weak, his charge could easily be positioned in front bunch and went on to win the race was noted for future reference.

 

ALPINE GIRL (App. Sonu Kumar) trailed the field throughout the race.

 

RACING RULER (Suraj Narredu) winner of the race is sampled.

9th RACE (25) THE BAKHTAWAR PLATE (Division - I) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-III                        (12 Runners)

SUCKER PUNCH (H M Akshay) was observed to have developed painful swelling over its withers, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

 

Jockey Surya Prakash (DALI'S CHAMPION) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting out soon after the start, in the process causing interference to COSMICO (Mukesh Kumar).

 

Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (COSMICO) that his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer Magan Singh, noted for future reference.

 

App. Kuldeep Singh (SADIYA) was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting out 100 mtrs after the start, in the process causing inconvenience to ALCAHOL FREE ( Rafique Sk) and DALI'S CHAMPION ( Surya prakash).

 

App. Sonu Kumar (BLUE PANTHERESS) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 400 mtrs, in the process forcing out SADIYA (App. Kuldeep Singh).

STARTERS REMARKS:

Race No. 1:     EMERALD TOUCH reared up and took an awkward jump when the start was effected, in the process dislodged Jockey and ran the course riderless, SSC revoked.

                           YUVRAJ was very fractious inside the stalls. Trainer D. Netto was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Race No. 3:     ARMSTRONG slow out by a length.

Race No. 6:     OLIVER'S MOUNT planted and took no practical part in the race, SSC revoked. Trainer L D Silva was advised to show his charge in a Mock race.

                           CATCHME IF YOU CAN slow out by 2 lengths. Trainer Magan Singh Parmer was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in race.

                           KRYSTALLOS ( A. Asshad Asbar) was troublesome to stall. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in race

Race No. 8:     PERFECT LIGHT was troublesome to stall. Trainer R H Sequira was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in race.
