RACEDAY REPORT

Track Condition: GOING GOOD. Penetro Meter Reading : 5.18 cms, No False Rails

Permission has been granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle the following horses on behalf of Trainer Bharat Singh at both the Trainer's risk and liability.

Permission has been granted to Trainer N. Rawal to saddle GOLD EMPIRE (A A Vikrant) in                        Race No. 2- H. No. 1 on behalf of Trainer Rajesh Narredu at both the Trainer's risk and liability.

 

Permission has been granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle WINFIELD (Antony Raj S) in                 Race No. 2- H. No. 4- on behalf of Trainer Arjun Mangalorkar at both the Trainer's risk and liability.

 

Permission has been granted to Trainer Ravinder Singh N to saddle DALIS DESTINY (Dhanu S Deora) in Race No. 6- H. No. 8 on behalf of Trainer Laxman Singh at both the Trainer's risk and liability.

 

Consequent to Jockey Ajay Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted the following change of Jockeys.

1st RACE (82) THE CHAITANYA CHAKRAM PLATE ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-II                           (11 Runners)

KINSHIP (Dhanu S Deora) took a fly jump in the process losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

BELGIUM WAFFLE (Mohit Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Jasbir Singh was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

KHAMAGANI (B. Nikhil) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

NIGHT WHISPER (A A Vikrant) jumped out slowly, losing about 1 or 2 lengths.  Jockey was however cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race.

CLASSY TOUCH (Neeraj Rawal) winner of the race is sampled.

2nd RACE (83) THE KHAMMAM PLATE ABOUT 1800 - Metres CATEGORY-I (8 Runners)

Jockey Md. Ekram Alam (GET LUCKY) reported loss of whip at about the 350mtrs.  Jockey was however, severely reprimanded for losing the whip at the crucial juncture of the race.

Jockey Akshay Kumar (NONPARIEL) reported that his saddle moved back fractionally soon after the start. However, Trainer D. Netto was cautioned to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge though a winning horse, in future.

 

3rd RACE (84) THE MAHABUBNAGAR PLATE (Division - I) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II                         (10 Runners)

Explanation of Jockey B. Nikhil (VIVALDO) that his mount jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and also was denied a clear run due to wall of horses racing in front and thereafter his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted.

Jockey Akshay Kumar (ANHILATOR) was fined Rs. 5,000/-for shifting in soon after the start in the process causing inconvenience to KNIGHT CRUSADER (B R Kumar) and VIVALDO (B. Nikhil) and thereafter shifting in at about the 300 mtrs in the process taking the ground of AZRINAZ (A A Vikrant) who in turn caused interference to DECOY ( Shivam) racing on the rails.

AZRINAZ (A A Vikrant) returned lame on left fore after the race.

ANNHILATOR (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

4th RACE (85) THE MANCHERIAL PLATE ABOUT 1600 - Metres CATEGORY-III 8 Runners

SHUBHRAK (Surya Prakash) took a fly jump in the process losing about 1 or 2 lengths.  Trainer M F Ali Khan was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (SECRET OPTION) that his mount jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter his mount was drifting out in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer A Imran Khan was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk ( TAKE A BREATH) in the presence of Trainer B. Mukesh Kumar that his instructions were to go to front which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked an efforts, his mount did not raise a fluent gallop and dropped back inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer.  The Trainer was however informed that any reversal of form of his charge in future, action as deemed fit will be initiated against him. 

Jockey Surya Prakash (SHUBHRAK) was severely reprimanded for running into the wall of horses in the straight no apparent reason.

Jockey Ajeeth Kumar (SUNNY DAY) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs under the use of whip for no apparent reason.

Explanation of Trainer Jasbir Singh with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge HOPING HIGH (Mohit Singh) winner of the race, who finished 6th in the previous race that his charge ran consistently in all her outings and in the previous race i.e Race No. 70 ran in 1400 mtrs his charge lost about 2 lengths at the start as such could not be positioned well up with the field, and in the straight  was gaining ground as compared to the present race which being 1600 mtrs , the Jockey took a level jump, positioned well, 200 mtrs extra to trvel has been to his charges advantage  and went on to win the race was noted. The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

HOPING HIGH (Mohit Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

 

5th RACE (86) THE BHADRACHALAM TROPHY ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II 12 Runners

COLT PISTOL (Rafique Sk) was examined at the starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame and left fore, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.

POLE STAR (Akshay Kumar) was slow into stride losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

SANGREAL (P. Sai Kumar) took a fly jump in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race.

Jockey Surya Prakash (KALKI) was severely reprimanded for checking his mount at about the 800 mtrs and dropping back for no apparent reason.

6th RACE (87) THE MAHABUBNAGAR PLATE (Division - II) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II         (10 Runners)

DALI'S DESTINY (Dhanu S Deora) and VICTORIA DORESAANI ( Mohit Singh) were slow into stride losing about 1 or 2 lengths each.

Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (VICTORIA DORESAANI) that his instructions were to sit 3rd.4th or 5th and pull his mount outside and do his best in the straight, but as his mount was slow into stride, he could not position his mount as instructed and in the straight he pulled his mount outside and made his move, but as the front horses shifted out, he had to make his move from inside.  As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken.

STARTERS REMARKS:

Race No. 1:      BELGUIM WAFFLE fractious inside the gates. Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

                        KHAMAGANI took time to load and slow out by 2 lengths. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race. NIGHT WHISPER slow out by 2 lengths. Trainer S. Sreekanth was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Race No. 4:     SHUBHRATK slow out by 2 or 3 lengths. Trainer M F Ali Khan was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Race No. 5:     COLT PISTOL withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

Race No. 6:     DALI'S DESTINY slow out by a length.
