RACEDAY REPORT

Track Condition: going good. Penetro Meter Reading : 3.68 cms

q The False Rails have been positioned from 1400 mtrs to 900 mtrs at an average width of 3 mtrs and thereafter gradually increased to 4 mtrs upto the winning post.

1st RACE (50) THE ZURBARAN PLATE ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-III (12 Runners)

Permission has been granted to Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh to saddle FAIZAH (P. Sai Kumar) on behalf of Trainer Bharat Singh at both the Trainers' risk and liability.

SANTORINI SKY was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

DINO ( B R Kumar) reared up and took a fly jump as the start was effected, in the process losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked,.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (ZINDABAD) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequiera that his instructions were to sit 3rd/4th, but as mount did not take a proper jump, he could not follow the instructions in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for an efforts, his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and he had no plausible explanation to offer to his charges dismal performance. .

App. Ajay Kumar (MAHWISH) reported loss of whip in the final 200 mtrs. The App. was severely cautioned for losing the whip at the crucial juncture of the race.

Jockey Mukesh Kumar (FOX WORTH) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting in at about the 900 mtrs in the process tightening SCREENSHOT (Santosh Raj N R) racing on his inside.

Jockey B R Kumar (DINO) was severely cautioned for shifting out at about the 500 mtrs in the process taking the ground of MOONLITE ROSE (Surya Prakash).

ZINDABAD (Akshay Kumar) placed 6th in the race is sampled.

2nd RACE (51) THE CHAITANYA CHAKRAM PLATE ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (14 Runners)

FIRST LADY ( B R Kumar) clipped the heels of ANEMOI ( Surya Prakash) soon after the start due to crowding of runners racing in front and stumbled.

Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (FIRST LADY) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his instructions were to be in striking position but his mount took a slow jump and also stumbled 50 mtrs after the start due to clipping the heels of ANEMOI (Surya Prakash) and thereafter he was forced to go wide to follow the given instructions and in the straight when asked for efforts, his mount did not raise a winning gallop was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 3,000/- for giving free run until about the 800 mtrs and thereafter chasing the runner in front there by his mount got tired and dropped back in the final stages of the race.

3rd RACE (52) THE BHAKRANANGAL PLATE ABOUT 1600 - Metres CATEGORY-III (7 Runners)

Jockey Mukesh Kumar (SPECIAL STAR) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 400 mtrs in the process causing interference to LAKE MICHIGAN (Akshay Kumar).

Jockey Neeraj Rawal (ONSLAUGHT) reported that his mount stumbled at about the 400 mtrs and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts, noted.

SUGRIVA (B. Nikhil) trailed the field throughout the race finishing the course distance behind. Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised for a better performance in future. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Jasbir Singh was fined Rs. 1000/- for failing to exercise grater care in presenting of his charge for a race.

4th RACE (53) THE ARDENT KNIGHT PLATE ABOUT 1600 - Metres CATEGORY-II (7 Runners)

Jockey Akshay Kumar (KNIGHT REGENT) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process bumping N R I TRIPLE POWER (Mukesh Kumar).

5th RACE (54) THE PRINCE OF BERAR PLATE ABOUT 1100 - Metres CATEGORY-II (10 Runners)

Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (GRIT 'N' GRACE) that his instructions were to sit in a striking position which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop and gained ground gradually inspite of his best efforts was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though filly was trotting sound but has a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer D. Netto was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Jockey B R Kumar (PEDAL TO THE METAL) reported that his mount held the bit on left side and tried to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (MY DAY) that his mount was lugging in scarping the running rails at about the 200 mtrs as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned for failing to ride out his mount past the post.

AAKARSHAKA (Md. Ismail) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts.

6th RACE (55) THE CABARET PLATE ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II (13 Runners)

SAFALA was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain, such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

CRIMSON FLAME (Surya Prakash) jumped out awkwardly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

An enquiry has been opened into the riding and running of KNOTTY SENORITA, ridden by Jockey P. Sai Kumar and Trained by TrMr. A. Imran Khan

DECCAN SPIRIT (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

7th RACE (56) THE SWEET GIRL PLATE ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (6 Runners)

LUCKY FIERO (Surya Prakash) was observed to be walking lame on right fore due to fetlock sprain, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

GOLDEN BOURBON (B R Kumar) was checked at the starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame on left fore, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.

ALPINE GIRL (Mohit Singh) planted and lost about distance, SSC revoked.

STARTERS REMARKS:

Race No. 1: DINO reared up as the start was effected thereby losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.

Race No. 7: ALPINE GIRL slow out by 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.
